Addictions

With neurological issues, psychodynamic therapy allows you to begin to understand the changes that have been happening and your responses to them.

Through processing these experiences and making sense of where you are today, you can let go of your condition defining you, and start defining your own life in whatever fashion you choose.

With emotional and relationship issues, developing a good therapeutic relationship, having consistent care, and gaining greater awareness are the foundations towards getting better.

You may have gotten used to feeling this way, yet through therapy, you can start discovering how to live the way you find most meaningful.

How We Work Together

We meet weekly, to allow therapy to become an integrated piece into the flow of life.

The foundation of meaningful change is consistency – this is how things can start getting better.
