MY APPROACH
How I Work
Psychodynamic therapy is a depth-oriented psychotherapy which makes sense of current and past experiences, in order to understand yourself better and feel more in control of the life you’re living.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy explores how certain experiences change our sense of self and our relationships with others in ways that we cannot at first understand.
Together, we start discovering how events have shaped the story of your life, and begin processing them so you can open yourself towards leading the life you wish to have.
Concussion, Brain Injury & Neurological Issues
I specialize in providing therapy to adults struggling with the effects of concussion, stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other, unexplained neurological symptoms.
While having a medical team around you is helpful, a clinical counsellor can offer further support, relief, and growth throughout your recovery. You may have people helping you with your body and brain – and counselling helps take care of your mind throughout all the ups and downs.
Online Therapy Across BC
I meet with people online, anywhere in British Columbia.
Sessions are 50 minutes and are $175 per session. Insurance is accepted, with direct billing provided in most cases. ICBC coverage is also accepted.
